1. In **Initial Data**, answer **Are you a Person with a Disability (PcD)?**
2. If the answer is yes, the **Disabilities** step appears. Under **Which disabilities do you have?**, select: Physical, Visual, Hearing, Mental, Intellectual, or Rehabilitated or Readapted. This list follows eSocial categories and does not have a specific option for autism spectrum disorder (ASD): if unsure which to select, confirm with the company's HR and submit the medical report.
3. Submit the medical report (JPG, PNG, or PDF). The company decides if it is mandatory.

The disability data goes to the company hiring you.
